There are seven temples associated with Kanjanur near Kumbhakonam known as sapta sthana temples of Kanjanur. Shri Agneeshwarar temple at Kanjanur is considered as the main Shiva sthala and people worship in these temple. They are located in Mayiladuthurai near Kumbhakonam. Shri Agneeshwararar temple is also the navagraha temple for Shri Shukra. We will give an account of these temples in following articles that will be posted in upcoming weeks.
